Q: I have new unopened cleaning cartridges that are passed the use by date. Are they still safe to use? One is 03/17 and the others are 03/18

A: Yes , you can use them safely. Expiration date is just best before use recommendation required by FDA regulations. They don't expire actually.

Q: How does this work? Is it a one time use or do you get several cleanings from one set of cartridges?

A: It's reusable , you can get 15-20 cleanings from it ..however use it only when needed . No need to use if print head is not clogged . Every six months you should run one cleaning cycle with cleaning set to sterilized capping station .

A: It works great. All colors came out just like brand new. BUT two of the cartridges were open and lost some cleaning solution .the shipping package needs to be worked on .it is a lot of money when they come in like that .
