How do I fix: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error!

IMPORTANT UPDATE : There is new version Visual C++ released that is not included with some Windows 10 Dell and HP Computers . Please download file from following link and install it . Don't forget to restart PC after installation before program start .
Install Instructions

On page, choose the Download button.
Select the .exe option and then choose the Next button.

To install now, choose the Run button.
