MERINGUE TRANSFER SHEETS A4 (25 sheets)
Create your own sugar stamps.
Print your chosen design onto the transfer sheets (pictures, logos or patterns work well) using a standard edible printer and edible inks.
Leave the transfer sheet to dry.
Place the transfer sheet onto a baking tray. Pipe your meringue mixture onto the transfer sheets and bake your meringues as normal.
The image magically transfers onto your meringues!

Meringue Transfer Sheets are blank , ready to be printed with your edible printer .
The transfer sheets may go also on any type of chocolate, whether it is dark or white chocolate however most images will show more in light chocolate.
Pour melted chocolate on top of your thin transfer sheet and let it sit. Once your chocolate has hardened, simply peel away the sheet and the colored design will have been imprinted onto your pastry.

Thickening (modified corn starch), Sugar, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Humectant (glycerol).
For storage conditions, please be sure to store at 59-68 degrees Fahrenheit (15-20 Celsius).
