Q: Can this be used to wrap around a cake? How many would be needed for a 2 layer 9in round and 2 layer 12in round?

A: Yes it's the ideal paper for cake wrapping. One pack of 10 would be enough to wrap both those cakes.

Q: The lace is already cut into the sheets, you just have to pull it off right

A: Hello Mary

No, the sheets do not come cut.
The lace is made by moistening the sheet on a bowl of wafer for a couple seconds and applying it directly onto a silicon mold using a spatula to spread it even. Leave to air dry for a couple ours and then you can gently peel the lace off the mold.
