How It Works: These cartridges look just like your standard ink, but instead of color, they are filled with a specialized Food-Safe Cleaning Solution.

Swap: Remove your edible ink cartridges and insert these cleaning cartridges.
Clean: Run a "Deep Cleaning" cycle in your printer settings.
Wait: Let the solution sit inside the printer for at least 2 hours to break down stubborn sugar crystals.
Print: Swap your inks back in and get back to printing vibrant images!

All clogged up!

These cartridges worked great! My printer was sitting idle all winter while I was helping a friend through cancer treatment. Half the colors weren't working, so I ordered these. So easy to use!

Perfect Fix!

This worked great!! and the customer service was so helpful with helping me solve my problem when my inks weren't printing correctly. Ran this cleaner through my machine and i was up and running in no time!

Q: After cleaning cartridges are empty, do I purchase the solution and refill or do I need to repurchase the cartridges?

A: Unfortunately you would need a new set of cartridges since the chips do not reset.

Q: Hello. I recently purchased a printer dedicated to edible ink. It's the Canon X6820. And I recently purchased your cleaning cartridges. Do you recommend doing a cleaning before my first print? And also how often do I use the cleaning cartridges? Is it after every print or perhaps after a print that will be the last for a while? Thank you.

Q: I ordered the cleaning set, it came in. The first thing I noticed is that all of the cartridges have an expired date on them. Please advise me on what should be done. Thank you.

A: Cleaning cartridges never expire. It's typo for manufacturing date. It's safe for print head cleaning but not made for consumption. Use it as needed only when print quality decline.
Store it and keep it close to machine since same set can be used multiple times

A: Cleaning cartridges should be used only when necessary . Replace your ink 4 cakes edible ink cartridges with our cleaning cartridges filled with approved cleaning solution . Use only our cleaning set to avoid any chemical interactions .

Run Head Cleaning twice and turn printer off . Wait at least four hours before turning machine on and perform another cleaning . After processing is done it's recommended to turn machine off and wait 24 hours . Important - DO NOT REMOVE CLEANING CARTRIDGES FROM PRINTER

When ready turn printer on and replace cleaning cartridges with edible inks cartridges .Print Nozzle check and perform head cleaning if needed . Change print settings to HIGH or PHOTO for Epson printers for best results .

A: Cleaning cartridges are used in same manner as edible cartridges . Replace edible inks with cleaning solution and run print head cleaning . Leave them inside printer for min 2 hours and reinsert edible inks .

A: Cleaning set is not ink set ..cartridges hold specially formulated cleaning solution . Instructions will be sent together with set .

Q: Never cleaned my printer before. Can these be used more than once? Have been running clean cycle but never used cleaning cartridges. Will this clean it up so I don't have to do that before every use?

A: Yes , they can be used as needed , many times . It is not necessary to run cleaning cycle every time before print but it's recommended to print nozzle check to assure print quality . We recommend to use cleaning set once a month if machine print daily or every two months if your edible printer print only few edible images per week .
