I would give this a 5 but I am not. In the quality of the product I am 100% satisfied with the ink itself. I've used this company before and I would again, but after this I am choosing not too. I ordered my ink and when I placed my order i ordered with 2 day FedEx shipping, well lets just say I did not get it in 2 days and made me lose out on an order that I had to already changed because of technicalities. Somehow the order was changed from 2 day FedEx to USPS priority shipping. If I wanted priority shipping I would have choose that and wouldn't have bothered paying the extra and just waited. I called customer service and she was trying to tell me that it was priority shipping and I know that, but I ordered fedex 2 day and finally she saw where yes I did order 2 day shipping and didn't know why it was changed, and I got my order 5 days later which I could have saved myself $30 and paid regular shipping and I have still yet not been given a reason as to why my order was changed. Like I said the ink itself is wonderful and I like it, but I will be ordering from a different company from now on.

Intense color

After trying other companies, I am so glad I found ink4cakes ink. Colors are bright and match pretty close. But what I love the most is that this ink is so high quality that I'm confident it will never damage my print head.

Nice ink, color dried fast but you can't touch the either after the ink dried because the color can get out. Besides this, works really nice on the icing sheets.
