A: Chip is already programed to auto reset anytime you take it out of printer for refill.

Q: Just purchased these but forgot to find out if these cartridges are capable of printing pink colors as my others ( another brand from different vendor) did not print shades of pink. They would look red instead of pink.

Q: If I buy refill bottles of ink and my BK and or PGBK gets low do I fill them with black ink. If one or the other runs out will it pull from the other black cartridge to get the black needed for the print?

A: Yes you do, they both must be refilled otherwise printer will show printing error...

Q: Hi, I've just purchased the cleaning cartideges as will as this refillable set, set up per instructions and inserted the old cartidegs but only replaced the red one by the new refillable as it was nearly empty. The printer yeilded a picture in shades of yellow only. Any suggestion please?! Thanks

A: Every time cleaning cartridges are used you would need to purge cleaning solution with edible inks using cleaning options incorporated with printer interface. Don't do more than 2 cleanings with edible inks , it should be sufficient to purge cleaning solution out of print head.
Print several test page until ink start to flow again.
