Q: How do i get directions for using espon tank cleaning solution?

A: Simply replace inks with cleaning solution using syringes and run 2 system cleaning with solution filled in.
Remove whatever is left of solution from tanks after executed system cleaning , fill up with ink inks and execute system fill up ..

A: Don't use it if is not needed. Some printers use cleaning cartridges , some like pro series use cleaning solution bottles

Q: Am I supposed to put this solution into the ink wells on my printer? If so, how much on the syringe? Thank you so much!!

A: It's recommended to place liquid on CAPING STATION ( It's small spongy rectangles that cartridges sit on when printer is not printing ..right side ).
DO NOT POKE WITH SYRINGE SPONGES , just put few drops on top and slide print head back to resting position. Let bottom of printhead soak in it for at least few hours.
For access turn machine on and when you hear print head is moving remove power cord quickly... you'll be able to slide print head left manually.

Q: is this cleaning solution for ink tanks. if so how do you use it?

A: Yes it is ... use it only if you need it when print quality degrade.
Remove edible inks , insert cleaning solution and run several cleaning cycles to purge ink from print head.
Leave cleaning solution for 24 hours in system and then replace with edible inks

Q: What is in the cleaning solution? I have your cleaning cartridges, but one is almost out and I can't get my printer to print correct colors. I need this tomorrow morning so don't have time to send off for yours.

A: do not use any other solutions if you use our edible inks! You can possibly destroy print head permanently.
