Important Order Instructions:

Centering: Due to slight mechanical variances in the cutting process, please ensure your image has a small "safe zone" (buffer) around the edge. Avoid placing text or faces on the very rim to prevent accidental cropping.

Outstanding print quality as well as quality of the product itself. I have never seen an edible image that was so easy to work with; it's not paper thin so you don't have any problem with removing it from the backing and placing it on the product. The people are great: they helped me a lot with getting the perfect layout. I would absolutely order from this company again!!

Q: I want to place these on the sides of a round cake. What kind of frosting will this adhere to?

A: The circles will adhere to any fresh frosting, whether it's buttercream, royal icing or fondant. If the frosting is somewhat dry however, you can apply a light layer of corn syrup on the back of the topper to help stick to anything.

Q: Hello, I want to order 3 6-round cookie sheets with one image and then 3 with another image. How do i enter that in? Is it two separate orders? Also, when you ask for the message to be printed, how does that get printed? I want one of the images to be a face. Do you print the message around it? Above it? Thank you.

A: Hello,

You need to upload your image to the product and insert a quantity of 3, add to cart, and repeat the process for the second image; same order.

We print the message based on our best discretion depending on the image. If you would like to see how and where it would be printed you can select the "send a proof" option.

Q: Hi. What is the difference between: (1) Custom Edible Prints, CP-Prints, 3” Circle, and (2) 3” Custom Edible Prints, CP-CIR3? Also, how long will the sheets hold the color and stay nice-looking? I’m not sure how far in advance I can order this and still have it looking nice. Thank you!

A: They are the same thing, just different ways of getting to the same product.

The sheets and color will hold for months with proper storage: hold in room temperature and away from light.
