These ink cartridges are perfect for my edible images. It gives vibrant colors and does well on my sugar sheets as well as my wafer sheets. This is the second time I have ordered these cartridges for my printer, and I will definitely be ordering again.

A: You are safe to buy this set. Any cartridge marked 280 or 281 will work with your printer, including these. XXXL XXL and XL do not actually make a difference, the only compatibility number that matters is the 280/281.

A: All cartridges are refillable , however 280/281 don't have auto reset chip. In that case after refilling you'll have to disable ink level monitoring manually with your printer

A: Yes it is , that's correct ink set. Please note general mail inbox is not monitored, emails are auto generated. Use contact page for customer service or tech support. In addition there are easy to use ink selector and script called ink finder located at the top menu bar.... also ink set that came with printer has number on it as well as printer compatibility at item description page. You can also use search field.

Q: I got an edible ink set for my printer ( not from your site) I notice the image transfer get so blurry around just 2 hrs after I transfer the image on gelatin but I don't know if that time is normal or tha edible ink I got is not the best quality. Coul you let me know about the time that last the transfers if I get this ink set from you? Im deciding to get a new set, I want to start to sell personalized gelatina but the ink I have it doesn't last more than 2 hours when the bright is over and then the image is blurry, please help me!

A: Both printers you mentioned use toxic inks and cartridges ...do not use it please never ever for food products...if you just starting you should get one of our printers primed to use edible inks. Tech support is available only for customers who purchased printer from our store otherwise you are on your own.

A: Particular printer is not suitable for edible inks use ... as beginner you would be better buying edible printer bundle from any reputable company that offer tech support otherwise you wont have anyone to help you when trouble arise. and they will for sure because that's nature of edible printing...
