Not if used correctly! Our ink is filtered to prevent clogs. However, all edible printers *must* be used at least once a week to keep the printhead moist. If you plan to leave your printer idle for weeks, we recommend installing our Cleaning Cartridges.

We do not recommend it. Different brands use different chemical formulas and viscosities. Mixing them inside the printhead can cause gelling or color shifts. For best results, flush your system or start with a fresh set of cartridges.

Yes! If you purchased our "Refillable" cartridges (look for the transparent plug), you can buy our 105ml Refill Bottles and reuse them multiple times. Standard "Single Use" cartridges cannot be refilled.
