I have purchase a printer from Amazon to use with eidble ink only but the print was not all that great. This printer that i purchased from Ink4Cakes prints beautifully.

pixma canon

i hve used it once to print some louie vutton print for a cake, i went and made sure the color was set at the best or highest print settings as it said, it still didnt come out the corret color but i will do.. ill hve to try printing a bright color an see what that does. but i do like the printer compared to my other cannon which was quite large.

Good for the price

At first I didnt like it bcuz it printed with lines but their customer service told me how to change the quality option to high and now it prints perfect

Q: What brand printer is this? Researching shows that canon are the best unless you are going with a print to cookie printer which is well out of my price point. Can I use chocolate transfersand well as the clear acetate decals sheets in this printer?

A: This is a Canon printer. I can't speak on other brands of sheets but our transfer sheets do work on them.

Q: I have had 2 printers, one was a Cannon and the last was an Epson both I purchased from this site as well as supplies. Unfortunately the problem I experienced with both was blamed on software issues but I believe it was due to clogged heads. I don’t use a printer for images as much as others may, only on things I can’t hand cut to exact match, so I print “maybe” once a month if that. I kept printers covered and in a clean location. I am looking to replace my printer once again but need one that can handle being used on occasion and not clog or having issues printing an image after periods of sitting. I am slightly hesitant to purchase without being recommended one that can function if it is not used weekly. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

A: Please note that every existing edible printer is designed to be used on weekly basis. Less you are using it worse print quality will be. Covering printer etc..does not help. Your best choice is C302 because print head for this printer is easily replaceable inserting new cartridge ( cartridge itself is print head ). Basically if you have print quality issues and cleaning doesn't help just change cartridge and prints will be perfect

A: Max print size is 8.5x14 , legal sheet.
Basic editing software is included.
