Modern Epson EcoTank printers are excellent for high-volume edible printing, but their ink lines can be prone to clogging if left idle. Because there are no cartridges to swap out, using Edible Cleaning Solution Bottles is the primary way to maintain these machines. Maintenance Tips for EcoTanks:

• Flushing the System: If you are experiencing stubborn color loss, you can use a syringe (available in our tool kits) to gently push cleaning solution through the lines.

• Preventative Care: If you plan to leave your printer unused for an extended period, we recommend flushing the tanks with cleaning solution to prevent the edible ink from drying inside the tubes.

• Cartridge Users: For older models (XP series), simply install our cleaning cartridges and run a nozzle check to clear the head.
