A: Did you open box? Cleaning carts look exactly as edible inks only difference is transparent solution inside

Q: I have inherited a epson xp410 edible printer...I tried setting it up and it doesn’t print..,it skips a few marks but doesn’t print anything when I try doing a print head cleaning...will this epson cleaner work to try and clean the head...I don’t know how long it’s been sitting.

A: You can certainly try. Cleaning solution usually help however considering how long printer was sitting unused and not knowing what type of ink was used before there is no any guarantee you would be able to recover it .

Q: How do you properly use this cleaning product?

A: It's good idea to have cleaning set close to your printer . Should be used only when necessary , if print quality decline . In normal conditions cleaning set should not be used until nozzles get clogged . Inserting cleaning cartridges and performing head cleaning will bring your printer back to original state . Carts should be left inside printer for several hours after cleaning and replaced with edible carts after dissolving process . In some cases is necessary to purge traces of cleaning solutions performing additional cleaning with edible cartridges
