Q: I am using the 2.5 in. circles , the Office label software, and the Epson printer that I just purchased from your site. I cannot get the labels to line up. Is there anywhere I can find information about what I might be doing wrong? I have ruined about 10 pages of circles at this point and aside from hand cutting everyone of the images that I need I am out of options.

A: Most common mistake is icing sheet print size. 2.5 inch circles are A4 size , not letter. Make sure size is changed inside print driver before printing. Choose correct template. Call tech support from 10 am to 4 pm Mon Fri , they can send you updated or custom made template if needed.

Q: I purchased the 2.5 supreme paper precut and every time I try to print it gets stuck. The same precut circle get stuck and rips off. How do I avoid that from happening? I have a brand new Epson eco tank. Please let me know what to do. Thanks

A: Check inside printer for any foreign object in path . Use air can to clean particular area .

Q: In yeas pst I used a company to print some edible images for me. It was not on wafer paper and did not have to be hand cut. We used a heat source to loosen the images from a sheet. The company no longer prints but I need those type labels. Is this item like that?

A: Best way to do is few hours before serving ... or 24 hours .., however printed sheet in ziplock bag can be stored for months..

Q: I ordered supreme circle sheets-2.5 diameter and the first time I ordered it was a KopyCake product-On my second time ordering I received a different type sheet and it is not lining up correctly on my printer?. Please offer suggestions as to how I can address this. Hopefully I have the right product-I have a larger order to produce?

A: We don't sell Kopykake products , therefore you purchased those sheets somewhere else . We have our own templates available for download in your confirmation email after purchase is made . We also going to introduce our new software Print -a- Cake soon . Program will have built in templates for printing all our pre cut sheets.
