Printer was very easy to setup and first few photos we printed worked out very well. Hoping we can do a lot of printing off this machine. the last one lasted us for over 7 yrs.

There was an item missing in my shipment but customer service was quick to make it right. The printer requires good quality images. I haven’t had any issue with the ink clogging but I’ve used it almost every week. I took away a star because it randomly has trouble connecting to the computer to print. The premium icing sheets and wafer paper are fantastic quality.

Q: Can you print cookies with this printer? If so, one at a time of multiples? Is imagery software included? If so, is Windows

A: We recommend only feeding one edible sheet at a time to avoid paper jams. This machine is capable of printing on the precut circles but the included software is only for basic image editing.

A: No, the machine comes with free Canon software but that isn't needed either. Any software can be used to print on all our machines, including Microsoft Word, Photoshop, etc etc

A: Yes they can. Every cartridge can be refilled , however you would need to reset chip or disable ink level monitoring
