2. Decal like texture, transparent
3. Water soluble, immediately melt in contact with liquid

Q: Do these already come as a sheet with pre-cut rounds or is they whole sheets? Also, if they are pre-cut what size are the rounds?

A: They don't . It's full 8.5x11 letter size sheet. Cut them with any electronic cutter, they work excellent with Silhouette or Cricut

Q: How is this to be applied on fondant? Is it the same method as transfer sheets, where I have to use a blow dryer to heat the sheet up on the fondant? Or……?

A: You don't need blow dryer , just peel it off and place on top ...be careful , sheets is extremally sensitive to liquid and moisture
