Working with Clear Edible Sheets: Clear Sheets offer a specialized finish for modern cake design.

Printing: Use standard edible ink. Because the sheet is clear, colors will appear translucent (like stained glass) unless placed on a white surface. For lollipops, this creates a beautiful "see-through" effect.
Cutting: These sheets are robust enough to be cut with electronic cutters (Silhouette/Cricut) or scissors.
Isomalt Tips: When using with Isomalt, you can place the cut image into the mold and pour the hot isomalt over it (encapsulation). The sheet withstands the heat and remains clear.
Edible Lace: You can even mix scraps of these sheets with a small amount of water to create a clear edible gel or lace mixture!
