Transfer Sheets
This sheet works with hot mediums such as Isomalt, chocolate, meringue and gelatin. The heat from the decorating medium cools on the transfer sheet and pulls just the image with no backing off. It's the most transparent paper that is on the market and creates stunning effects and therefore is used in high end decorations for competitions and weddings.
This is not to be confused with a chocolate transfer that has cocoa butter in it.
Transfer sheets are a must have for custom chocolate, meringue or isomalt decorations. They work particularly well with Chocolate Pralines, marshmallows and gelatin.
