Unlike standard icing sheets, Twiggy sheets are designed to dissolve and merge instantly upon contact with moisture, making them perfect for floating on coffee foam, cocktails, or disappearing completely into buttercream for a flawless "printed-on" effect.

Because Twiggy sheets are significantly thinner than our Supreme or Frostino lines, they require slightly different handling.
Handling: These sheets are delicate. Always ensure your hands are completely dry before touching the surface.
Storage: Keep them sealed in their zip-lock bag until the moment of use. High humidity can make them tacky very quickly due to their low mass.
For Drinks: When using Twiggy as a drink topper, drop it flat onto the foam. Do not submerge it; let the moisture from the foam naturally adhere to the sheet.
Cutting: If you are cutting shapes, we recommend using a sharp blade or electronic cutter on a "light" setting to avoid tearing.
