This is a very simple way to make professional looking isomalt, chocolate, or merengue desserts

Universal Transfer Sheets are blank, ready to be printed on with your edible printer. The transfer sheets may go on any type of isomalt, merengue or chocolate, whether it is dark or light, however images will show better on light colored mediums.

Pour merengue mix or melted chocolate or Isomalt on top of your thin transfer sheet and let it sit. Once your medium has hardened, simply peel away the sheet and the colored design will have been imprinted onto your dessert.

This pack contains 25 sheets, A4 Size.

For storage conditions, please be sure to store at 59-68 degrees Fahrenheit (15-20 Celsius).

Q: Would these universal transfer sheets work on gelatin? (I know wafer paper works and I already have that, but I would like to know if these would work as well)

A: At the wholesale site they are marketed under choco transfer sheets brand. They work great with everything, chocolate , marshmallow , isomalt , etc..
