This is a very simple way to make professional looking desserts.

Universal Transfer Sheets are blank , ready to be printed with your edible printer. The transfer sheets may go on any type of merengue, isomalt, or chocolate, whether it is light or dark however most images will show more in light mediums. 
Pour melted chocolate, merengue, or isomalt on top of your thin transfer sheet and let it sit. Once your medium has hardened, simply peel away the sheet and the colored design will have been imprinted onto your dessert.
