FedEx Money-Back Guarantee is SUSPENDED. Their statement is below:
Effective Dec. 1, 2025
As we work to maintain the highest standards of safety and service for our customers and team members and manage the temporary reduction in fleet capacity while MD-11 safety reviews are underway, we are flexing our integrated air-ground network to provide continued connectivity. Due to the anticipated seasonal volume, the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee will be suspended for packages shipped on or after Dec. 1, 2025, for the following time-definite FedEx services, until further notice.

Processing Times
Standard: Next business day or up to 48 hours during busy periods.
Rush Order: Guaranteed same-day dispatch if placed before the 1:00 PM ET cut-off. (Do not confuse this with express shipping.)
Shipping Day Policy
The order placement day counts as the first shipping day only for FedEx Express orders placed before 1:00 PM ET.
Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

The day your package ships is not included when calculating delivery days in transit.
Order processing and shipping do not occur on Weekends or Holidays.

Free Shipping (Continental USA)
Eligibility: A minimum purchase of $95 is required.
Carrier Selection: Ink 4 Cakes reserves the sole right to choose the most economical shipping method for all free shipping orders.
Delivery Time: With free shipping, your order will be delivered 3–5 business days after it is shipped.
? Free Shipping Exclusions
The following are not eligible for free shipping:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories.
Edible Printers (for shipments outside Continental U.S. Territories).
Note: Discounted USPS Priority Mail rates may be offered for these cases.
The cost of these specific items/categories does not count toward the $95 free shipping minimum:
Software, Templates, Gift Certificates, Any digital instant download item.
Other Notes
Shipping Calculation: Shipping charges can be calculated by placing items in your cart and proceeding to the checkout page after entering your delivery address.
Large Orders: Edible Printers and large orders are typically shipped via FedEx Ground within the Continental USA.
FedEx Hold: You can select the option to Hold package at FedEx destination on the checkout page.
Instant Downloads: Gift Certificates and digital items are available as instant downloads as soon as the order is received but require an account log-in.
Express Shipping: Overnight & 2-Day
Same-Day Shipping Cut-Offs:
Overnight/Expedited: 2:00 PM ET (FedEx cut-off).
2-Day Flat Rate: 1:45 PM ET.
Late Overnight: Call 855-Ink4Cake immediately after 2:00 PM ET to check if we can still ship same-day.
Weekend Delivery:
Friday Overnight: Ships to arrive Monday. Saturday delivery is available per request—please call to confirm, otherwise it arrives Monday.
Thursday 2-Day: FedEx Express 2-Day and 2-Day Flat Rate orders placed Thursday will be delivered Saturday (2-Day Flat Rate includes Saturday delivery at no extra charge).
Shipment & Delivery Timeline
General Shipment
Timeliness: Delivery dates provided by Ink 4 Cakes or carriers are estimates only. We cannot guarantee arrival times. Please order in a timely manner to account for potential shipping or product delays.
Standard Shipping: All in-stock products will ship next business day but we have up to 24–48 hours after the standard processing time is complete.
Small Packages: Ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
International Shipping
Carrier Options: We ship internationally via FedEx International Air, DHL, USPS Priority Mail, First Class International, or Priority Express, as selected by you.
Fastest Options: FedEx International Air and DHL are the preferred and guaranteed fastest international shipping methods.
Customs: Custom duty is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Quotes: To view FedEx Express or DHL quotes, click "Display Rates" next to the carrier name during checkout.
Shipping Orders to Canada
Daily Shipment: Orders to Canada are shipped daily.
Customs Delays: We cannot provide an exact delivery time due to potential delays caused by Canadian Customs Duty. Packages may be withheld for several days. Please order well in advance to account for these unavoidable delays.
Customs Duty: Customs duty is generally unavoidable for larger orders.
Small Orders Exception: Smaller international orders (less than 4 lbs), shipped via First Class International, usually do not require custom duty.
Inquiries: For more specific information regarding duties, please contact your country's Customs office.
International Orders & Non-Working Days
Urgent International Delivery: For urgent international orders, we strongly recommend using FedEx International Priority or DHL. These services typically deliver packages in less than a week, and often in under three days.
Non-Working Days: Please note that FedEx and USPS do not deliver on non-business days, weekends, or holidays. You must factor these non-working days into your delivery estimate, as there are no exceptions for Saturday, Sunday, or holiday deliveries.
