Temporary Suspension of FedEx Money-Back Guarantee

The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service. As a result, we have made the decision to suspend our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight services effective immediately until further notice. Because FedEx is an essential transportation service provider, we will continue operating as government restrictions and regulations allow. We recognize and appreciate the crucial role we play in the global supply chain and connecting the world during this critical time, and we remain focused on serving our customers and providing relief supplies to areas that need it most.

SHIPPING POLICIES

• Free & Economy shipping can take from 6-8 days.
• FedEx Ground 3-5 days.
• FedEx 2Day business days
• Post Office services are non guaranteed.

Do not calculate day order is placed as shipping day except FedEx Express is marked before cut off time . Standard processing is 24 to 48 hours.

When Expedited Processing (Rush Order) is marked order will dispatch same day from our facility. Do not confuse expedited processing with express shipping. Cut off time is 1:00pm ET.

Orders placed on weekend will be processed next working day.

* To qualify for Free shipping ( USA Continental only ) a minimum purchase of $95 is required.

* Ink 4 Cakes solely reserve rights to choose the most economic shipping method of every order eligible for free shipping.

* Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories are not eligible for free shipping.

* All Edible Printers are excluded from free shipping outside Continental US Territories, however in some cases we will offer discounted rates of estimated shipping cost using USPS Priority Mail with Signature Delivery Required.

* Shipping cost can be calculated if you place item in cart and proceed to checkout page. Shipping charges will be calculated after delivery address is typed.

* Gift Certificates and digital items are instant downloads, they are available as soon as order is received.

* If your order is $95 or more, you may qualify for free shipping on eligible items fulfilled by ink4cakes.com unless item is not eligible.

* For the following items and categories, the shipping module will not add the item cost to the minimum order amount needed to get free shipping:

• Software
• Templates
• Gift Certificates
• Any digital item with instant download
• Service Hours
  

With free shipping, your order will be delivered 3-5 days after all of your items are available to ship.

Most standard orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time will be processed when available , shipped next business day unless you choose expedited processing option. Orders will be shipped the same day guaranteed if expedited processing is purchased before 2:00 pm EST.

*Standard Processing can take up to 48 hours

* Expedited Processing does not guarantee faster or guaranteed delivery, only release order for shipping in fastest possible time frame.

**Edible Printers and large orders are shipped via Fedex Ground for Continental USA. Please refer to Transit Map above for time frame delivery .

Express Services

Overnight orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped same day.

• Expedited Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
• If Overnight order is placed after that time please call us toll free at 855-Ink4Cake to check if we can accommodate your order.
• Fedex cut off time is 2:00 pm Eastern Time
• 2Day Flat rate cut of time is 1:45 pm Eastern Time

Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered *next business day or Saturday per request .

• Orders received after 11:00 AM will ship after standard processing up to 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
• Overnight orders placed on Friday will ship with Fedex to receive the item(s) on next working day ( Monday ) or per request on Saturday.

• We recommend toCONTACT US to CONFIRM Saturday delivery.
• Otherwise package will presume to arrive at destination for the next business day ( Monday ).
• Orders placed for Fedex Express 2 Day on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday.
• Orders placed with 2Day Flat Rate on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday free of Saturday Delivery charge.
• Orders shipped with customer Fedex account require minimum $10 service fee per box.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ink 4 Cakes or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

• All products will be shipped within 24- 48 hours after standard processing time unless they are out of stock!
• Smaller packages will be shipped with USPS First Class or Priority Mail .
• International orders will be shipped Fedex International Air, DHL, USPS Priority Mail , First Class International or Priority Express per your request .
• To obtain Fedex Express or DHL quote please click Display Rates next to carrier name
• Fedex International Air, and DHL are preferred and guaranteed fastest International Shipping option.
  
• Custom duty is solely customer responsibility .
  

Orders to Canada

Canada orders are shipped on daily basis and in most cases customs duty is not avoidable for larger orders .

Smaller International orders less than 4lbs will be shipped First Class International and usually custom duty is not required .

• Exact delivery time cannot be precisely given due to the Canadian Customs Duty.
• Your package may be withheld for various days.
• Please order in a timely fashion, so you allow enough time for these types of delays, which we unfortunately cannot control.

International Orders

We deeply recommend Fedex International Priority & DHL for urgent International orders. They will deliver package to any country in less than a week ,in most cases less than three days.

• Please note Fedex and USPS will not deliver on non business days, Weekends or Holidays.
• Non working days must be calculated in your delivery estimate. We apologize, but there are no exceptions for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday deliveries.
