Standard warranty on all Cake Printers is 45 days starting from the date of purchase. We will replace any non working part in this period without any charges for shipping or labor. If we conclude after troubleshooting that printer need to be replaced please use our RMA request channel and your printer will be replaced as soon as we get the non working unit back.
Warranty is voided for all edible printers if any modifications to units are made such as using non approved cartridges , refilling edible cartridges , using third party edible inks ( non ink 4 cakes brand ) ,etc..
